My experience was 10/10 to be honest. What could and should have been a traumatizing experience dealing with loss of family and an estate process. I’m here to tell you that while we had hiccups, it was honestly smoother than I could have anticipated. We had to navigate a few different deals, repair work, inspections, showings, demands/requests, snow, etc. Caitlin handled EVERYTHING for me since I’m an out of state resident. She was communicative, compassionate, patient which is hard when working with me. She was competent, respectful to me and those involved.
